Congress: reject non-defense discretionary cuts to the federal budget
BCHC signed onto a letter led by the Coalition for Health Funding to address the detrimental effects of cutting non-defense program funding. When adjusted for rising costs and population growth, non-defense discretionary appropriations have decreased in funding compared to 2010.
